STC: Board Resolution

On 25/10/2012, the following resolutions of Book and Educational Equipment JSC in Ho Chi Minh city were duly passed:

1. Change in purpose of the land use from Chuyen Dung Print Company to  nursery - primary school. The BOD will collect opinion at AGM 2013.

2. Unit salary price in 2012 of outwork print employers: VND 90/ VND 100 of profit before tax (not included salary and remuneration of the BOD).
