FLC Group JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 31/10/2012 as follows:
- Transfer of 5,000,000 shares in FLC Securities JSC for the need to restructure portfolio
- Transfer price will be determined by the Board of Directors with price not lower than price of VND 4,600/share
- Time for transfer: 11/2012
