Fortunes Securities Corporation announces the Board Resolution approved on 09/10/2012 as follows:
1. Amendment and addition of the company’s charter
- Amendment of Clause 1, Article 5: Charter capital: From VND300,000,000 to VND347,450,000,000
- Addition of Clause 1, Article 63: third amendment and addition on 09/10/2012
2. Additionally registering and additional listing 4,745,000 in the private placement at Vietnam Securities Depository and Hanoi Stock Exchange
3. Process of procedure for increasing charter capital in State securities commission of Vietnam
- Current charter capital: VND300,000,000,000
- New charter capital: VND347,450,000,000
4. Authorized Mr. Ho Feng Tao – Acting General Manager to sign the documents related to additional registration, additional listing, registration for increasing charter capital
