IMP: Board Resolution No.65

According to Board Resolution No.65 dated 01 November 2012, the Board of Directors of Imexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (IMEXPHARM) unanimously approved the additional deposit and listing of 1,491,310 bonus shares which had been issued to the existing shareholders. The shares will be deposited in the Vietnam Securities Depository and listed on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
