TIX: Explanation for late disclosure

Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Company explained its late disclosure on 2012 management report as follows:

• The company made some mistake in disclosing information on decision on establishment and contribution capital to associated companies in 2012. Therefore, the company sent additional the Decisions and disclosed the missing information.
• Decision No. 22/QD-HDQT dated November 28, 2011 on contribution setting up Joint Stock Company at the USA.
• Decision No.03/QD-HDQT dated March 06, 2012 on contribution and assignment of representative to set up in Joint Stock Company.
• Decision No. 07/QD-HDQT dated January 03, 2012 on transferring shares in Green Mimoza Joint Stock Company.
