NSI allowed to execute market orders

After receiving Official Document 146/2012/NSI-CV dated November 05 from National Securities Incorporation (NSI) on the register to apply market orders, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange agreed to allow National Securities Incorporation to participate in applying market orders as from November 12, 2012.
