-         The Board of Directors agreed to implement the private placement of bonds VNE-BOND2012, which was approved by Board Resolution No.25 dated October 08, with specific details as follows:

+         Registration time for purchasers: from October 26, 2012 to October 29, 2012

+         Time to check purchase applications: October 30, 2012

+         Deadline for purchasers to pay money: October 31, 2012

+         Issue date: October 31, 2012.
