DRH: Board Resolution Oct 23

The Board of Directors of Dream House Investment Corporation (Dream House Corp) approved to transfer all stake in KHA-Dream House Deco to Mr. Dinh Le Chien, according to the board resolution on October 23, 2012. Therefore, Dream House Corp will transfer 200,000 common shares at a transfer price of VND1,600,000,000.
