PAN: Board Resolution October 24

PAN Pacific Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on October 24, 2012:

Article 1: The Board of Directors passed business results in Quarter 3/2012 with main items as follows:

-         Consolidated revenue: VND205 billion

-         Consolidated profit before tax: VND79.7 billion

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Ms. Ha Thi Thanh Van as Chairman of the BOD as from October 25, 2012.

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved to elect Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung – a member of the BOD as Chairman of the BOD as from October 25, 2012.
