MCG: Board Resolution

According to the Board Resolution on Sept 20, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company (MECO JSC) unanimously approved to invest VND13,500,000,000 or 90% stake in MeCoLand Joint Stock Company. The capital contribution schedule will last until December 20, 2012.
