UDC: Resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting

Urban Development and Construction Corporation announced the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on October 25, 2012:

-         Article 1: The Meeting approved to add Item 1 Article 3 of the company’s charter: hi-tech training services and school.

-         Article 2: The effective date of this resolution is October 25, 2012.
