Vinh Long Cereal And Food Import Export Company registered to change items in its business license and was granted the 13th business license by the Department of Planning and Investment of Vinh Long Province, effective from August 07, 2012:

• Charter capital increased from VND104,000,000,000 to VND119,599,820,000
• Total number of shares increased from 10,400,000 shares to 11,959,982 shares.
