NTB: Explanation for submitting the consolidated Q2.2012 financial statements late

Transport Engineering Construction & Business Investment Stock Company 584 explained the consolidated financial statements of Quarter 2.2012 submitted late because in Quarter 2.2012 the company completed the capital withdrawing in subsidiary according the resolution of BOD, after the capital withdrawing, NTB holds less than 50% stake in the subsidiary. So, NTB though that it would not be required to prepare consolidated financial statements.
