CLG: Extension of the submission date for consolidated financial statements semi-annual review 2012

On August 31, 2012, Hochiminh Stock Exchange received Document No. 161-2012/CVGT dated August 30, 2012 by Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company suggested an extension of the submission date for the consolidated financial statements semi-annual review 2012 to September 05, 2012. Reason: Huynh Kim Co., Ltd (CLG‘s subsidiary) signed auditing contact with Vietland Auditing & Consulting Co., Ltd. The auditing company provided the reviewed financial statements of Huynh Kim Co., Ltd late. So, CLG’s auditing company could not have enough time to prepare the consolidated financial statements semi-annual review for CLG.
