STT: Extension of the submission date for financial statements semi-annual review 2012

On August 30, 2012, Hochiminh Stock Exchange received Document No. 161-2012/CVGT dated August 30, 2012 by Saigontourist Transport Corporation suggested an extension of the submission date for the financial statements semi-annual review 2012 of the parent company to September 07, 2012. Reason: the company’s partners compare and confirm the outstanding balance of debt late. So, the auditing company can’t issue reviewed reports as regulation.
