VCF: VCF reminded of disclosing the personnel change

On April 27, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received Official Document 01-12*VNCF-HDQT-BC dated 24/04/2012 by Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint - Stock Company. Accordingly, Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint - Stock Company has been appointed Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung as Deputy CEO as from February 01, 2012. However, until February 27, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received announcements of the personnel change. Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company did not comply with disclosure regulations.
