On June 11, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Document No. 1081/2012/SGDHCM-NY to reminded Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company about late disclosure of Decision of Board of Directors No.586/QD-VM dated May 09, 2012, No.654/QD-VM dated May 25, 2012 and No.655/QD-VM dated May 25, 2012 on dismissing and appointing Deputy CEO.
