VMD: VMD served a warning

According to Decision No.77/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated June 11, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company (stock code: VMD) was served a warning all over the market.

-         Reason: The Company frequently violated regulations on regular and irregular information disclosure at Point 2 - Provision II, Point 6 – Provision IV of Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC dated 01/15/2010 and Point 1.7 – Article 8 of Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC dated 04/05/2012.
