Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, Member of the Board of Directors cum Deputy CEO and company spokesman as from April 24, 2012. (According to Resolution No.01/2012/NQ-DHDCD dated April 24, 2012)

- Appointing Mr. Nguyen Phu Thang, Deputy CEO cum Director of Dong A Plastic Company Limited – Ha Nam Industrial Zone, as Member of the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Nguyen Van Quang as from April 24, 2012. ( according to Resolution No.01/2012/NQ-DHDCD dated April 24, 2012)- Authorizing Ms. Doi Thi Hong, Internal Control Specialist, has replaced Mr. Nguyen Van Quang as Company Spokesman as from April 24, 2012. (according to Note of Authority No.01/2012/UQ-DAG dated April 25, 2012)
