According to Resolution No.01/NQ-HDQT dated April 20, 2012 of the BOD, Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company (stock code: CLW) announced the personnel change as follows:

Appointing Mr. Pham Manh Duc as Chairman of the Board of Directors of CLW in term 2012 – 2016.

Appointing Senior Management of CLW as follows:

+ Ms. Le Thi Thanh Tam – Deputy Director.

+ Mr. Nguyen Huu Hiep - Deputy Director.

Appointing Ms. Lai Thi Thu as Chief Accountant of CLW.
