According to Resolution No.01/2012/NQ-DHDCD dated April 20, 2012 of the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (stock code: SSI) announced the personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Yoshio Urata, Member of the Board of Directors and appointing Mr. Masami Tada as Member of the Board of Directors effective from April 20, 2012.
