According to Resolution No.01/NQHDQT-TMS-2012 dated April 20, 2012 of the BOD, Transforwarding Warehousing Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: TMS) announced the personnel change as follows

- Appointing Mr. Pham Truong Son, responsible person for investment of SSI Asset Management Company Limited (SSIAM), as Member of the Board of Directors of Transforwarding Warehousing Joint Stock Corporation as from April 21, 2012.
