SVT: Resolution of the BOD

According to Resolution No.02/NQ-HDQT dated April 23, 2012 of the BOD, Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company (stock code: SVT) announced the personnel change of the BOD as follows:

Approving the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu as Chairman of the Board of Directors, as from May 3, 2012.

Mr. Vo Nguyen Khoi will hold the position of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu will hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors as from May 3, 2012.

As from May 3, 2012, the BOD of SVT as follows:

+ Mr. Vo Nguyen Khoi - Chairman of the Board of Directors.

+ Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu - Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.

+ Mr. Bui Quang Khoa - Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.

+ Mr. Bui Nam Long - Member of the Board of Directors.

+ Mr. Bui Quang Minh - Member of the Board of Directors.
