VNG: Vinagolf decreases stake in Sai Gon Golf Tourism JSC

According to Decision No.37/QD-HDQT-GOLF dated 11/25/2011, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Golf Tourism JSC (HOSE: VNG) unanimously approved to decrease the capital contribution in Sai Gon Golf Tourism JSC from 51% to 21% of charter capital of Sai Gon Golf Tourism JSC, effective from December 01, 2011.
