GIL: Information disclosure violation

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of major shareholders:

Thanh My Garment Factory Ltd (*), an affiliated institution of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company, bought 6,000 GIL shares on September 27, 2011 made owning share volume decrease to 580,350 shares (5.036%) and became a major shareholder of GILIMEX but Thanh My Garment Factory Ltd. did not disclose the trading result. However, Thanh My Garment Factory Ltd (*), was late in reporting the trading result of GIL stock after registering to trade on August 17, 2011.

- Gia Dinh Real Estate Co Ltd (*), an affiliated institution of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company, bought 5,000 GIL shares on November 04, 2011 made owning share volume decrease to 579,240 shares (5.026%) and became a major shareholder of GILIMEX but Gia Dinh Real Estate Co Ltd did not disclose the trading result. However, Gia Dinh Teal Estate Ltd, was late in reporting the trading result of GIL stock after registering to trade on August 17, 2011.
