DCL: Handling of the violation of information disclosure

The trading of stock DCL of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation (HOSE: DCL) has been halted as from October 31, 2011 under Decision No.161/2011/QD-SGDHCM dated October 27, 2011 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange because the Corporation was late in submitting the 2010 audited financial statements, the 2010 annual report and the audited financial statements of the first six months of 2011.

Until December 16, 2011, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation announced the 2010 audited financial statements and the 2010 annual report, but the Corporation has not reported the audited financial report of the first six months of 2011, and the Corporation continued to extend this report to December 31, 2011.

- According to Official Document No.4335/UBCKNN-QLPH dated December 16, 2011 by the State Securities Commission on handling the violation of information disclosure of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation, if by the end of December 31, 2011 the Corporation does not report the financial statements of the first half of 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange will consider delisting the stock DCL of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation.
