VFC: Vinafco sanctioned for administrative violation

On December 19, 2011, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam issued Official Document No.1030/QD-UBCK on the sanctioning decision to the administrative violation of Vinafco JSC (HOSE: VFC) in the field of securities and securities market.

Vinafco Joint Stock Corporation violated Point a, Term 1, Article 34 of Decree No.85/2010/ND-CP because the Corporation had not report to the State Securities Commission on the Decision of the Board of Directors No.97/HDQT dated July 27, 2010 approving a private placement of 1,500,000 convertible bonds according to Point 2.3.1, Article 2, Chapter I of Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC.
