Licogi 16.6 JSC (HNX: LCS) announced the result of Extraordinary General Mandate on adjusting business plan of 2011 as follows:

Plan:

- Total revenue: VND 611.080 billion

- Charter capital: VND 80 billion

- Profit before tax: 26.945 billion

- Profit after tax: 20.654 billion

- Dividend payment: 20%

Adjusting plan:

- Total revenue: VND 976.751 billion

- Charter capital: VND 60 billion

- Profit before tax: 24.727 billion

- Profit after tax: 18.141 billion

- Dividend payment: 20%.
