1. Pursuant to Decision No.31/QD-HDQT-GOLF dated November 24, 2011, VINAGOLF has announced the establishment of company in Quang Nam:

- Company name: QuangNam Vinagolf Company Limited

- Head office: 187 Ly Thuong Kiet, Cam Pho, Hoi An, Quang Nam

- Charter capital: VND27 billion.

2. Pursuant to Decision No.34/QD-HDQT-GOLF dated November 24, 2011, VINAGOLF has announced the establishment of company in Da Lat:

- Company name: DaLat Vinagolf Company Limited

- Head office: 04 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ward 1, Da Lat, Lam Dong

- Charter capital: VND27 billion.
