Anvifish JSC (HOSE: AVF) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated November 26, 2011:

Article 1: The Board of Directors unanimously approved to consult shareholders in writing about temporarily delaying the date to issue another shares to raise funds in 2011

Article 2: The Board of Directors unanimously approved to consult shareholders in writing about adjusting business targets for 2011.
