PVS: Establishment of Joint-Venture Company

PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (HNX: PVS) announces establishment of Joint –Venture Company as follows:

On 21/11/2011, PTSC CGGV Geophysical Survey Company Limited finished procedures for its establishment based on regulations of  the Investment Law.  PTSC CGGV Geophysical Survey Company Limited is a joint-venture company contributed capital by PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation and CGGVeritas Services Holding BV.

- Charter capital: USD 56,211,765

+ PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation contributed:  USD 28,668,000

+ CGGVeritas Services Holding BV contributed: USD 27,543,765

- Address:  Room 460, Petro Vietnam Tower, No 8 Hoang Dieu, Ward 1, Vung Tau city, Ba Ria –Vung Tau province.
