TLC: Board Resolution
Thang Long Telecommunications JSC (HNX: TLC) announced the Board resolution approved on 23/11/2011 as follows:
Personnel changes:
- Mr. Bui Hoang Tuan resigns from General Manager and Ms. Au Thien Huong – current Director - has been appointed General Manager since 01/12/2011.
- Mr. Trinh Van Quang has resigned from Deputy General Manager and Director. Ms. Phan Thu Anh has resigned from Chief Accountant since 01/12/2011.
- Ms. Le Thi Thuy Huong has been appointed Chief Accountant since 01/12/2011.
Restructuring assets and resources in 2012:
- Lidiquating non-profit making assets, including:
+ At Thang Long Cable Factory, Pho Noi A Industrial ParK: Investment cooperation contracts into Optic Cable production line and Plastic pipe production line with SACOM Investment and Development JSC, Sam Thinh packaging and Service JSC, Sam Phu Plastics JSC, Sam Cuong Electricity and Telecommunication Material JSC; And Electricity Cooper Cable production line.
+ At Duong Noi factory: Telecommunication Cooper Cable production line.
- Financial aims:
+ Restructuring resources
+ Decrease the value of non-profit making assets to 0
+ Investment into profitable assets in the future.
