Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment JSC (HOSE: PTL) announced the personnel change in the Board of Directors in term 2007-2012, according to Resolution No.2319/NQ- PETROLAND dated August 18, 2011:
• Approved the resignation of Mr. Bui Tien Thanh from the Board of Directors in term 2007-2012 as of August 18, 2011
• Elected Ms. Nguyen Trung Tin to the Board of Directors of Petroland JSC in term 2007-2012 as of August 18, 2011.
