According to the resolution of the Board of Directors dated August 18, 2011, the Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade JSC (HOSE: GIL) (Gilimex) unanimously appointed Ms. Trinh Thi Kim Oanh as Director General of Gia Dinh Real Estate Co., Ltd. as from August 19, 2011.
