CAD: Personnel Change

Cadovimex Seafood Import-Export and Processing JSC (HOSE: CAD) announced the personnel changes according to the resolution of the Board of Directors dated August 15, 2011 as follows:

• Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Tang Gia Phong from Director General. Mr. Tang Gia Phong is still a member of the Board of Directors

• Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Tran Hoang Giang, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, as Director General.
