TMT: Appointment of Chief Accountant
TMT Automobile JSC (HOSE: TMT) announced the personnel changes as follows:
1. Terminating the labor contract of Chief Accountant:
On August 08, 2011, the Director General of TMT Automobile JSC had Decision No.819/QD-TMT-TCHC to approve the resignation of Mr. Dao Tien Thanh from Chief Accountant of TMT Automobile JSC as from August 08, 2011
2. Appointing a new chief accountant:
On August 08, 2011, the Director General of TMT Automobile JSC had Decision No.820/QD-TMT-TCHC to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thanh Nga, Deputy Chief Accountant, as Chief Accountant of TMT Automobile JSC as from August 08, 2011.
