VOS: Personnel Change

Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VOS)announced the personnel change as follows:

- According to Announcement No.899/CV-HDTV dated May 11, 2011 by the Board of Members of Vienam National Shipping Lines (Vinalines), and Decision No.531/QD-VOSCO dated July 11, 2011 by the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company, Mr. Dang Thanh Quang – Deputy Director General – was approved to retire as from August 01, 2011.

- Mr. Lam Phuc Tu was appointed to replace Mr. Dang Thanh Quang as Deputy Director General.

Effective date: August 01, 2011.
