C21: Change of Director General
According to the resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2011 and Resolution of the Board of Directors No.08/NQHDQT/2011 dated 07/30/2011, as from August 01, 2011, Mr. Tran Minh Duc, Chairman of the Board of Directors, did not hold concurrently the position of Director General. And, Mr. Huynh Son Phuoc was elected as Director General of Century 21 Joint Stock Company (C21) to replace Mr. Tran Minh Duc.
