• On August 09, 2011, the Board of Directors approved the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi My Vuong from the Board of Supervisors

• On August 09, 2011, the Board of Directors issued Decision No.17/QD-GTT on appointing Mr. Truong Trong Cu as Director General and Legal Representative of Thuan Thao Corporation

• On August 09, 2011, the Board of Directors issued Decision No.18/QD-GTT on the resignation of Mr. Vo Thanh Hoang Chuong from Director General and Legal Representative of Thuan Thao Corporation

• On August 09, 2011, the Board of Directors issued Decision No.19/QD-GTT on not holding concurrently the positions of Chief Accountant and Member of the Board of Directors of Mr. Huynh Sy Chien

• On August 09, 2011, the Board of Directors issued Decision No.23/QD-GTT on appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Nhu as Chief Accountant of Thuan Thao Corporation

• On August 09, 2011, the Board of Directors issued Decision No.21/QD-GTT on appointing Mr. Huynh Sy Chien as Deputy Director General of Thuan Thao Corporation.
