On August 18, 2011, the Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade JSC (HOSE: GIL) (Gilimex) unanimously approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ha from Director General of Gia Dinh Real Estate Co., Ltd. as from August 19, 2011.
