PSI: Extraordinary General Mandate on key members

PetroVietnam Securities Incorporated (HNX: PSI) announces the Extraordinary General Mandate on key members approved on 16/08/2011 via a ballot as follows:

- Increasing the number of Directors from 05 to 06

- Mr. Hiroshi Kobayashi has been appointed Director

- Ms. Tran Thanh Huyen has resigned from member of Supervisory Board

- Mr. Nguyen Duy Dzung has been appointed member of Supervisory Board.
