GLS: Change of BOD member

According to a document quoted from Resolution No.01/2011/NQ-DHDCD/GLS dated August 20, 2011 by the Annual General Meeting 2011, Golden Lotus Securities Corporation (HOSE: GLS) announced the personnel change in the Board of Directors as follows:

• Mr. Pham Tran Duy Huyen replaced Mr. Nguyen Thanh Minh as a member of the Board of Directors as from August 20, 2011.

• Reason: To change the representative of capital of Dong Tam Mien Trung Corporation.
