• Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan has  resigned from Chair of the Board  with effect since 25/06/2011

• Mr. Than The Ha has been appointed Chair of the Board (Term 2008 – 2013) in place of Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan with effect since 11/07/2011

• Reason: Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan resigned to receive another task.
