SMA: Deputy CEO resigns

On July 15, 2011, the Board of Directors of Sài Gòn Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company (HOSE: SMA) approved the resignation of Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Anh from Deputy CEO according to Decision No.312/2011/QD-HDQT dated July 15, 2011 by the Board of Directors.

Effective date: July 15, 2011.
