VNG: Resolution of the BOD

Vietnam Golf Tourism Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VNG) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on July 01, 2011:

• The Board of Directors unanimously approved appointment of the BOD for the second term (2011-2016) as follow:

• Mr. Trinh Hang: Chairman BOD

• Mr. Le Huy: Deputy Chairman of BOD

• Mr. Ho Kien Cuong: Member

• Mr. Vo Thanh Tai: Member

• Mr. Vo Anh Linh: Member

• Discharging Mr. Trinh Tu Kha from CEO from July 01, 2011.

• Appointing Mr. Ho Kien Cuong as CEO from July 01, 2011.

• Appointment continues Mr. Nguyen Duc Hiep as Chief Accountant and Mr. Do Vo Manh Hung as Secretary from July 01, 2011.
