HASC: Appointment of CEO

According Resolution No. 19/NQ-HDQT and Resolution No.20/NQ-HDQT dated July 12, 2011 by the BOD, Ha Thanh Securities Joint Stock Company (HASC) announced new appointment as follows:

• Mr. Nguyen Van Thang, was appointed as CEO to replaced Mr. Pham Sy Long.

• Mr. Pham Sy Long, was appointed as Deputy CEO.

• Effective date: July 15, 2011.
