VCF: Change of the State’s representative

Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint - Stock Company (HOSE: VCF) announced the change of the representative for the State’s capital in Vinacafé Biên Hoa as follows:

1. Old representative for the State’s capital in Vinacafé Biên Hoa:

Mr. Do Van Nam - Former member of the Board of Members, Director General of Vietnam National Coffee Corporation, BOD Chairman of Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint - Stock Company - represents and manages 75% of the State’s capital in Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint - Stock Company.

2. New representative for the State’s capital in Vinacafé Biên Hoa:

Mr. Doan Dinh Thiem – Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam National Coffee Corporation – replaces Mr. Do Van Nam - Former member of the Board of Directors, Director General of Vietnam National Coffee Corporation (got a transfer from Vietnam National Coffee Corporation) as the representative for 75% of the State’s capital in Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint - Stock Company.
