PRC: Results of annual general meeting of shareholders 2011

Port Serco Joint Stock Company (HNX: PRC) announces the board resolution approved on 26/03/2011 as follows:

1. Operating results of 2011

2. Reports of the BOD and Supervisory Board

3. Plan 2011:

a. Revenue: VND108,284 million

b. Profit after tax: VND 750 million

c. Dividend payout ratio: at least 5%

4.  Remuneration for BOD, Supervisory Board as submitted by the BOD

5. Profit distribution plan as submitted by the BOD

6. The BOD is assigned to choose auditor for 2011

7. Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet has been elected Member of Supervisory Board in place of Ms. Le Nam Hung for term 2009 - 2013.
