The Vietnam Superintendence and Inspection Joint Stock Company (HNX: VNC)announces the board resolution approved on 22/03/2011 as follows:

- Contributing VND300,000,000 into the establishment of Vinacontrol Auction and Trading Joint Stock Company

- Appointing Mr. Luu Ngoc Hien to be the representative of The Vietnam Superintendence and Inspection Joint Stock Company at Vinacontrol Auction and Trading Joint Stock Company.
