- Ex-date: 09/02/2011

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2010 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 15% (Shareholders receive VND 1,500 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 28/02/2011

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Head office of Art Design and Communication Joint Stock Company – 187B Giang Vo, Dong Da, Ha Noi on working days (From Monday to Saturday) from 28/02/2011. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
